This is my first mod for the A330-300. I've made some changes to the default cabin textures, and while it's not fully complete, I think it's in a good state to publish. The mod is intended to be used with a CAL Livery like Tommysu777's Laminar Research A330 - China Airlines B-18355, but it also works with the default A330-300 liveries by Laminar Research.
Since I don't speak Chinese, I had to use a translator for the signs. Maybe someone who speaks Chinese can help me with proofreading.
Key Features:
- IFE (Inflight Entertainment System): I replaced the default IFE textures with authentic ones from China Airlines. Comes in 2 versions: low resolution 1024x1024 and high resolution 4096x4096 (done).
- New Signs: I changed and translated the interior signs to Chinese (90%).
- Seats: I've accurately colored the economy seats (90%), and I will change the other classes in the future.
Installation:
There are 2 versions for the IFE as you can see in the preview, high resolution (~440Mb) and low resolution (~200Mb). Pick whichever you prefer.
To install, create a new folder if it doesn't already exist in "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 12\Aircraft" and rename it to "Custom Aircraft."
Copy your existing "Airbus A330-300" folder from here: "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 12\Aircraft\Laminar Research" to here: "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 12\Aircraft\Custom Aircraft."
Now, drag and drop the "Aircraft" folder from the desired 7zip file into your "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\X-Plane 12\Aircraft\Custom Aircraft\Airbus A330-300\objects" folder.
